After upgrades, you may need to use the new system version, and previous data may not be automatically migrated. It is your sole responsibility to backup and preserve your data.

We strive to provide reliable service but do NOT guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of availability, reliability, or performance.

7. Data Backup and Your Responsibilities
Your Data Management Responsibilities:
📦 You must regularly backup all your data, including contacts, messages, templates, and campaign history.
📦 Before any system upgrade, you must export and save all critical information.
📦 Ikvala is not responsible for any data loss during upgrades, breakdowns, or system transitions.
📦 After upgrades, you acknowledge that you may need to manually migrate or re-enter data.
📦 We recommend keeping offline copies of all important business data.
⚠️ Critical: Data loss during upgrades or system changes is YOUR responsibility. Always maintain independent backups.
8. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your data:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.
11. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:
• No warranty of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
• No warranty that defects will be corrected
• No warranty regarding accuracy or reliability of results
• No warranty of data preservation during upgrades
• No warranty of compatibility with third-party services
You acknowledge that the Service may experience frequent technical issues, and you accept the Service in its current state.
